C Type

T series laser tube is on the basis of X series, the structure of the lens is improved in technique ,making the laser focus smaller, energy more focused, penetrating power stronger and higher and cutting speed faster.

ZnSe lens is widely applied in the CO2 laser processing industry, including laser cutting, engraving, standard, drilling, etc., and used to focus the light path at the end of the laser.After the CVD ZnSe polished section through vacuum plating coating , light transmittance can reach 99.8% in CO2 laser working band 10.6 um. and has high laser damage threshold, can withstand the high power density, and surface film layer is firm, not easy to fall off, and resistance to wipe.
 
 

Laser reflector mirror is an important component in laser light transmission system. In CO2 laser light path, reflection mirror has two roles. For one part, it can be a rear mirror in laser tube. The lens base contains certain curvature, which plays a role in oscillating laser. For another part, in some laser designs, the reflection mirror in laser tube can change the light, and thus reduce the length of laser tube. For a whole laser system, the combination of reflection mirror and focus lens is composed of a complete light path to make the design of laser machines more space-saving and, if possible, decline the loss of laser materials and maintain the laser working power to the greatest extent.
In general, reflection mirrors adopt molybdenum and silicon as their basis materials. Molybdenum mirrors can work in severe operating conditions, have long service life, can bear high laser power, no coating film and resistance to wipe. Its major flaw is low reflective efficiency. Silicon is the most commonly-used base material of reflect mirror, which has good optical thermal ability. Therefore, it has a lot of advantages, such as high reflectivity, strong durability, stable thermal property, etc. The highest reflectivity rate of our Silicon laser mirror with highest reflective metal coating reaches to 99.8%, which occupies the leading position in the list of laser manufacturers.
 
 

C02 laser power supply
As a high efficiency power supply for CO2 laser tubes.  IT has the advantages of small size, light weight, convenient operation and good matching, it can be directly connected with the laser tube. This energy can make the laser tube work more easily and improve the power and service life of the laser tube.
